Following his performance at Madison Square Garden, New York, 2018 Grammy Award winning singer Maluma is visiting Slovakia this winter as a part of his 11:11 World Tour.

Many regard Maluma as one of the leading figures in latin music. He comes from Medellin, Columbia and he created his name from the first two letters of the names of his mother, father and sister.

He closed last year with an exceptionally successful tour boasting 90 sold out arenas and 400 000 tickets sold.

His latest album, F.A.M.E. debuted first place on the billboards and won the latin Grammy in the contemporary pop album category.

2018-2019 were incredibly successful years for the artist: he performed at the MTV VMAs, he became brand ambassador for Dolce & Gabbana, he was chosen sexiest man of the year.
He posed for the cover of the Billboard magazine with Shakira and sang duetts with Madonna, Ricky Martin and J Baldvin.

He ended the year as the #1 male artist on Spotify. His popularity is further showcased by his 23 million followers on Facebook, 6 million followers on Twitter and 47 million followers on Instagram.

Philantropy is also an important aspect of Maluma's life: last year he held the first charity gala for his own El Arte de los Sueños foundation and celebrated the second anniversary of his collaboration with the Global Gift Foundation, who helps disadvantaged children living under dangerous cicumstances in Medellin, Columbia.
