Dear customers,
we are happy to announce that the André Rieu concert will take place on November 18th, 2021 (Thursday) at the Ondrej Nepela Arena in Bratislava.
For security reasons and regulations related to mass events in Slovakia, this event will take place when only fully vaccinated visitors will be allowed to enter.
The following person is considered as a fully vaccinated person:
- at least 14 days after administration of the 2nd dose of the COVID-19 vaccine with a two-dose schedule, or
- at least 21 days after administration of the 1st dose of the COVID-19 vaccine with a single-dose schedule, or
- at least 14 days after the 1st dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, if the 1st dose of the COVID-19 vaccine has been administered within 180 days of the COVID-19 disease being overcome, or
- no older than 12 years and 2 months.
The promoter of a mass event is entitled to request a digital COVID PASS, or confirmation of COVID-19 vaccination from the person entering the premises of the mass event, proven by a document from which the identity of the proving person can be determined. The promoter of the mass event is entitled to inspect these documents.
Entry and stay at the event venue will only be allowed to person with upper respiratory tract covering (eg. face mask, respirator) in accordance with the currently valid Public Health Authority regulation.
We ask visitors to maintain a distance of at least 2 meters, which does not apply to people living in the same household or people with severe disabilities and their assistants.
In the case of an acute respiratory illness (eg. fever, cough, cold, breathing difficulty), the visitor is obliged to remain in home isolation and cannot attend the event.
If you do not belong to the group of fully vaccinated visitors, please send a request for a refund of your tickets no later than October 31st, 2021 (Sunday) to the e-mail address: reklamacie@ticketportal.sk. The purchased tickets will then be automatically refunded to you, as you will not be allowed to enter this event.
