The Bratislava Jazz Days Slovenská Sporiteľňa festival are back! The 46th edition of festival will take place on 22.-24.10.2021 in Refinery Gallery.
As in the previous years, the organizers prepared an international program full of great quality music.
Friday evening will be opened with the winners of our Next Generation artist competition, Kristin Lash and Jakob Grey. Next a great singer, composer and showwoman from France, Camille Bertault will perform with her band. And the phenomenal Avishai Cohen trio will perform as the headliner and intrudce their fresh compositions and arrangements.
The second day will start with singer and painter Samuel Hošek and his project. Gospel, soul, R’n’B and a lot of energy will be brought on stage by the english singer, composer and musician Samm Henshaw, who is one of the biggest up-and-comming artists in the UK. The night will end with a performance from nu-jazz british stars Nubyian Twist, who ingeniously mix jazz, afrobeat, soul or hip-hop.
Zuzana Mikulcová will open the third festival day. Later the grammy awarded singer and multi-instrumentalist Judith Hill will shake up the energy on the stage with her band. Once again the festival will welcome one of the most respected guitarists and saxofonists Mike Stern& Bill Evans Band, who will close this years festival.
The Bratislava jazz days festival will only be for fully vaccinated people!
