CENA VSTUPENKY: Cena vstupenky sa môže líšiť nasledovne : iná hodnota v predpredaji a iná po začatí eventu. REZERVÁCIA MIEST: Zakúpené vstupenky na event zahŕňajú aj rezerváciu miesta a to maximálne na 1 hodinu od začatia eventu! Po tomto čase budú miesta uvoľnené a znovu sprístupnené na ďalší predaj. Naša povinnosť nieje vrátenie peňazí! Povinnosťou clubu nie je vrátenie peňazí, pri neskorom príchode na event. Rezervácie miest, priamo v clube HRON je na dobu maximálne 1 deň! Club si vyhradzuje právo na zmenu sedenia / miesta / z organizačných dôvodov. VSTUPENKY: Predaj vstupeniek na predpredaji, bude ukončený v deň vystúpenia o 15.00 hod.

On behalf of the event organizer, we as a sales intermediary want to inform you that event ČS LEGENDY – MICHAL DAVID, which was supposed to take place on 20.11.2021 at 21:00 h. in Clube Hron, Podunajské Biskupice, Bratislava, is CHANGED ! Event will take place on different date: 4.3.2022 at 21:00 h. in unchanged location.
Purchased tickets remain valid.
Clients who are not satisfied with the change might return tickets only to point of sale where they purchased them until 18.2.2022!
ATTENTION: Tickets bought in Avion Shopping Park in Bratislava, in Bory mall in Bratislava, in Aupark Bratislava or in OC MAX Prešov or on another cancelled point of sale of Ticketportal network, might be returned by sending to the address: Ticketportal SK, s.r.o., Kalinčiakova 33, 831 04 Bratislava until 18.2.2022.
Tickets paid at point of sale by Benefit voucher must be send to the address: Ticketportal SK, s.r.o., Kalinčiakova 33, 831 04 Bratislava until 18.2.2022. In case client bought his ticket through the internet he can ask for refund until 18.2.2022 through following method by the following steps:
Common conditions for a money refund request: The fastest possibility how to request a money refund is by the request form for registered users available at www.ticketportal.sk, where the client has to fill all the neccessary data. In case that client bought the tickets without registration we recommend to finnish the registration at www.ticketportal.sk where the client can activate his/her account with the e-mail used for the purchase. If the tickets were sent by courier, it is necessary to deliver them to Ticketportal SK s.r.o., Kalinčiakova 33, 831 04 Bratislava.
Special conditions for money refund request based on a payment method: ► if the payment was transfered via CARDPAY (card payment): Finance for tickets are refunded directly to the card from which the ticket payment was made. ► if the payment was transfered via internet banking: Finance for tickets will be refunded to the bank account provided by the client in the ``Refund request form`` in the ``Returning finance method`` section. ► if the payment was transfered via Benefit Plus card: After the request will be processed Benefit points will be also returned to the account of the client. ► if the payment was transfered via Benefit voucher (additional payment by card): In case that client was paying the difference between the price of the ticket it is necessary to fill also the bank account in the ``Returning finance method`` section of the ``Refund request form`` where the finance should be transfered. After the request will be processed Benefit points will be also returned to the account of the client. ► if the payment was transfered via Benefit voucher (additional payment by card): finance will be transfered to the bank account provided by the client in the ``Returning finance method`` section of the ``Refund request form``.
Finance will be refunded to you within the legal deadline of sending the refund through your account..
