Je dostupný MHD linkami č. 20 a 22 a prímestskými linkami (zastávky Rajecká – Mliekarne, Rajecká – Elektrovod). Pred areálom je k dispozícii parkovisko. Vnútorné haly sú nefajčiarske. Priestor je využívaný na firemné eventy, koncerty, plesy, párty, konferencie, kongresy, podujatia veľkokapacitného charakteru, veľtrhy a výstavy, ale i svadby.
