Based on the Public Decree issued by the Public Health Authority of the Slovak Republic on 9.3.2020, we would like to inform you about the current situation regarding the organization of cultural and sporting events:
1. If the event for which you have purchased tickets is or will be canceled for any reason (eg by a general ban on public events by the relevant public authorities, or for reasons on the part of the organizer or artist), we will comply with the terms and conditions and to inform the organizer of the event, as well as possible options and alternative dates, to:
by e-mail (if we have your e-mail address available for this purpose) or via our website under "Changes and Cancellations". Here can be find all event informations by sales number.
2. If the event for which you purchased the tickets has not been canceled to date, the tickets remain valid and there is no reason to return them.
