Each Ticketportal customer can exchange a valid ticket for a voucher. He can do so directly on the Ticketportal.sk website, without having to go anywhere.
On website www.ticketportal.sk click on "Login" in the upper right and enter your login details. Click 'My Account' at the top right. Select "My Orders" from the options displayed. Please note that the e-mail address provided in this account must be the same as the one your tickets received.
In the list of your orders, you will see purchased tickets with a distinctive blue "Exchange for a voucher" button. Click on this button.
Select the desired ticket(s) and click on the "Confirm" button.
The voucher will arrive in the email you entered when setting up your account on Ticketportal.sk. It has the same value as Your tickets. You can pay with the voucher when shopping on Ticketportal.sk until 31.12.2021, if it is not on the voucher stated otherwise.
Make sure the voucher is emailed to you. You can invalidate the original ticket, it is no longer valid and it will not be possible not used in any way. You can repeat the procedure in the same way when exchanging other tickets, if you have more than one.

Prepare your valid tickets, you will have to have them in front of you. Go to www.ticketportal.sk and create an account here if you don't already have one. without It is not possible to exchange tickets for a voucher on your own account.
Creating an account is easy, fast and free. First, click on "Login" at the top right. From the window to you opens, select "Registration" at the top left. Fill in your email address and enter twice (for verification) password. Check the box to agree to the terms of registration and click on the blue "Sign up" button.
So now you have an account and you can exchange valid tickets for a voucher. On the page www.ticketportal.sk click on "Login" at the top right and enter yours Login. Click 'My Account' at the top right and select 'My Orders' from the menu.
Here you will find the "Exchange ticket for voucher" button on the top right.
Take your ticket and enter the data from the ticket in the fields "Ticket number" and "Verification code" as shown below. Then click the "Confirm" button.
The voucher will be sent to the email you entered when registering on the website www.ticketportal.sk. It has the same value as Your ticket. You can pay by voucher when shopping at www.ticketportal.sk till 31.12.2021, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
