1. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
1.1. Ticketportal SK, Ltd. as the controller of the www.ticketportal.sk Ticketportal website, processes the personal data of the natural persons - users of the Internet site / interested persons of the Events and / or the Ticket Owner (hereinafter referred to as "the persons concerned") as a controller under Article 4 section 7 GDPR Regulation.
1.2 In order to benefit from Ticketportal SK, Ltd services such as realization of booking or purchase process and / or buy Ticketportal Tickets at www.ticketportal.sk, including related activities (delivery by courier, delivery by mail, claim handling, ticket refundation, etc.),the person interested in the event has to notify Ticketportal SK, Ltd with his/her personal data to the extent of the selected / requested services. Without providing this personal data, Ticketportal SK, Ltd (for example, without providing an email address it is not possible to book tickets, without providing the account number it is not possible to make a refund of the ticket from the cancelled event to the Ticket owner, etc.). The purpose of processing of personal data of the persons concerned is the operation of Ticketportal system and the use of its services.
1.3. For this purpose, Ticketportal SK, Ltd is processing personal data of the persons concerned to the following extent: email address, first name and surname, delivery address / billing address, telephone number, order information (Event title, ticket price, booking number, payment date, Variable Symbol) Information about benefit voucher (if the ticket has been paid by voucher), account number, payment details (in case it has been cancelled and refund has been processed through the Ticketportal SK, Ltd), online identifiers (cookies, FB pixel codes, Google Adwords codes).
1.4. Ticketportal SK, Ltd is processing the personal data of the people concerned on the basis of its legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 section 1 letter f, GDPR regulation. The legitimate interest of Ticketportal SK, Ltd is to increase the use of the Ticketportal system, hence, the support and promotion of mediation of the sales for events at www.ticketportal.sk to the users.
1.5. The legitimate interest of Ticketportal SK, Ltd is also implementation of direct marketing. For this purpose, Ticketportal SK, Ltd processes the e-mail address of the person concerned.
1.6. In case that the Organizer of the Event delegates Ticketportal SK, Ltd as an intermediary by processing the personally identifiable information about persons interested in tickets, this information (including the identity of the Organizer as the operator and the extent of the processed personal data) will be given in the description of the Event, in the notice of change or cancellation of the Event and of the method of returning the entry fee.
1.7. As part of the Ticketportal System, interested persons are eligible for Ticket Insurance as a supplementary service. Personal data processed for the purpose of using this service are processed by Ticketportal SK, Ltd as an intermediary, on the basis of the authorization of the ERV Operator Europe Insurance Company, Inc., Prague, Czech Republic, Company Identification Number 492 40 196.
1.8 The processed personal data are preserved by Ticketportal SK, Ltd for the duration of legitimate interest, hence, it.is while the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned do not prevail over such interests. For example, while the person concerned is an active user of Ticketportal (www.ticketportal.sk). The legal obligation of data retention within the specified period by special regulations is not affected.
1.9 To provide certain activities and / or operations that Ticketportal SK, Ltd could not ensure through its own staff, Ticketportal uses the services of other entities. For this purpose, processed personal data are made available to the postal service, shipping companies, marketing agencies, service organizations and service providers, platform providers such as Facebook, Google Analytics.
1.10. Guidance on the rights of the person concerned: The person concerned has the right to obtain from the controller a confirmation of the processing of personal data concerning him / her. If the controller processes such personal data, the person concerned has the right to access such personal data and information about, the purpose of personal data processing ; the category of processed personal data; the identification of the recipient or the category of recipient to whom personal data have been or will be provided, particularly the recipient in a third country or an international organization; if possible, the period of personal data retention and, if that is not possible, information about the destination criteria; require the controller to correct personal data relating to the person concerned; to erase or restrict their processing or about the right to object the processing of personal data; The right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority; the source of personal data if they were not obtained from the person concerned; existence of automatic and individualistic decision including profiling. Person concerned has the right to correction of their personal data by controller without unnecessary delay. With regard to the purpose of the processing of personal data, the person concerned is entitled to supplement incomplete personal data. The data subject shall have the right to delete the personal data relating to him without undue delay if: the personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were acquired or otherwise processed; the person concerned withdraws the consent under which the processing of personal data is carried out and there is no other legal basis for the processing of personal data; the person concerned objects to the processing of personal data and does not prejudge any legitimate reason for the processing of personal data; personal data are processed illegally. The person concerned has the right to restrict the processing of personal data by the controller if: the person concerned objects to the accuracy of the personal data during a period allowing the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data; the processing of personal data is unlawful and the person concerned objects to the deletion of personal data and asks, instead, to limit their use; the controller no longer requires personal data for the purpose of processing personal data but is needed by the person concerned to claim a legal claim or the person concerned has objected to the processing of personal data. The person concerned has the right to obtain personal data relating to him / her which he/she has provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and has the right to transfer such personal data to another controller if this is technically possible. The right of transferability shall not apply to the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority entrusted to the controller. The person concerned has the right to object to the processing of his or her personal data on account of his or her particular situation in the legitimate interests of the controller, including profiling based on these provisions. A controller may not further process personal data unless it demonstrates the necessary legitimate interests in the processing of personal data that outweigh the rights or interests of the data subject or the grounds for exercising a legal claim. The person concerned has the right to object to the processing of personal data relating to him for the purpose of direct marketing, including profiling to the extent that he relates to direct marketing. If the person concerned objects to the processing of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing, the controller may not process personal data for the purpose of direct marketing. The person concerned has the right not to be covered by a decision which is based exclusively on the automated processing of personal data, including profiling, and which has legal effects which affect him or her or have a significant effect thereon unless it concerns the personal data necessary for the conclusion of the contract or performance of the contract between the person concerned and the controller.
1.11. Ticketportal SK, Ltd to ensure the processing of the personal data of the persons concerned in the correct, legally and transparent manner, established the responsible person, whit whom you can contact by e-mail at zodpovednaosoba@ticketportal.sk or by mail at Ticketportal SK, s.r.o., Zodpovedná osoba, P.O.Box 5, 810 08 Bratislava.
1.12. If the person concerned suspects that his personal data are being processed unlawfully, he/she may file a complaint to the SR Office for Personal Data Protection, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27.
1.13. The person concerned will be called to confirm the general terms and conditions by checking the box attached to this GBTC of the Ticketportal SK, Ltd network and with this step he/she confirms he/ reads them, understands their content, and agrees with them in their entirety.
1.14. In case the contract is concluded via website www.ticketportal.sk, is the contract concluded by expressing the consent of the person interested in the Event, which is made by confirming the checkbox marked as “I agree with the purchase of the ticket according to the conditions stated above with the obligation to pay”, by this, he agrees with all data displayed before, especially the place and the time of the Event, Ticket price, payment method and way of the collection of the Ticket, possibly other additional services. The right for the Ticket is formed only after payment of the admission. The contract is concluded in the Slovak language.
