This VOUCHER printed from the Internet is not valid for further sale or transfer.
Purchasing of the VOUCHER establishes a contract just between the VOUCHER holder and the Event's Organizer. Operator of Ticketportal network bears absolutely no responsibility for any Organizer's activities as well as for running of the Event.
On the premises of the Event, the holder is bound to the Operation Instructions and the Directions of the Organizer and/or their designated representatives. The Organizer is not liable or responsible for damages on property and/or the health of the visitors in case they have been caused by unlawful, inappropriate or irresponsible behaviour of the VOUCHER holder or other people present.
For the protection of visitors and persons organizing or performing at the Event, the VOUCHER holder is obliged to produce an officially recognized identification card when asked by the organizing attendants on the premises of the Event. The Organizer and persons organizing or performing at the Event reserve the right to record the Event. Taking pictures, making videos/films, and/or any other recording of the Events (before, during, after or anything that is in conjunction with the Event) with the intent of financial gain on behalf of the VOUCHER holder is explicitly forbidden without written permission of the appropriate authorities. The Organizer reserves the right to change the programme. Should the Event be cancelled, the Organizer will announce the alternate date of the Event and/or the way to obtain a full refund, within ten days at the latest, in the place where the VOUCHER was purchased. Special expenses (e.g. accommodation or travel expenses) will not be refunded.

This VOUCHER is not a full-value ticket and MUST be exchanged for the original ticket, the holder has sole responsibility for the safety of the VOUCHER to insure it is not damaged or copied. The VOUCHER features a unique number and a unique bar code. These identification features authorize the holder to exchange it for the original ticket only once. If the holder makes copy of or damages the VOUCHER, the holder risks that s/he will not be allowed to exchange the VOUCHER for the original ticket and that s/he will bear all legal consequences and damages thereof, no matter whether s/he has produced the original or a copy of the VOUCHER.
The Organizer reserves the right to change or amend these directions at any time. By purchasing the VOUCHER, as well as producing its’ original version at the entrance, the ticket holder agrees to these General Directions, the Organizer's Directions and the Trading Terms and Conditions of the Ticketportal sales network.
