No, you will not lose your tickets in any case. The tickets are apart from the application registered also in the Ticketportal system and after the re-installation of the application on your mobile appliance and the matching with your phone number will be the tickets downloaded into the application again.


How should I proceed in the case if I change my mobile appliance for other one and I have downloaded tickets in the BOOMticket applications in my old appliance?
In that case it is just necessary to bring the SIM card into the new appliance and match the BOOMticket application on this new appliance. The tickets will be downloaded into the application in the new appliance automatically.


What should I do in the case if I have already the downloaded tickets in the BOOMticket application in the old appliance and this appliance gets out of the order or I lose this appliance?
In the case of the damage, the malfunction, the loss or the theft of the mobile appliance where you had the downloaded tickets in the BOOMticket application please contact the technical department of the company Ticketportal SK on the e-mail address support@ticketportal.sk, where the similar cases like this are solved individually. Will be the purchased ticket valid even if I show only the mobile application BOOMticket on the event, do not I need any other voucher of the ticket payment?
The ticket in the mobile application BOOMticket is a full-value ticket with which you will be permitted to the entry to the event. It is not necessary to have any other voucher about the ticket or about its payment.


What could be happen if the mobile appliance where I have the downloaded tickets in the BOOMticket application will discharge before the entry to the event? Can I show also the voucher of the ticket payment on the entry?

Yes, after the realization of the purchase it is necessary that the application BOOMticket would be connected to the internet so that the tickets could be downloaded into the application. The access of the application to the internet does not have to be assured immediately after the ticket purchase, the application can be connected to the internet later and the tickets will be downloaded into it automatically or after the initialization of the synchronisation. How proceeds the cancellation of the ticket downloaded in the BOOMticket application? When will be my money refunded if I have claim for its refund?
In the case that you have the tickets downloaded in the mobile application BOOMticket and these tickets are fulfilling the just cause for the cancellation and the money refund it is necessary to request about the cancellation of the tickets directly in the mobile application BOOMticket. During this proceeding the application must have an access to the internet. The exact proceeding of the sending of the request of the cancellation by the application is described in the item Settings. If the request of the ticket cancellation is justifiable and the claim for the money refund fulfils the just causes the money will be refunded to the customer on the account from which were they paid and in the term which is determined by law.


How will be my BOOMticket tickets checked up on the event?
The authorisation of the BOOMticket tickets is very easy: in the case if it is related to the tickets for the event where it is used the authorisation on the basis of 2D (QR) code, the mobile application BOOMticket shows the unique 2D (QR) codes of the tickets and the authorisation will be proceeded either by automated authorisation system – by the turniquets, or by the manual mechanism for the ticket authorisation. If the authorisation will be not proceeded electronical, the tickets in the BOOMticket application are authorised by the code and the password of the event directly by the organizer or by the accredited persons.
