On behalf of the event organizer, we as a sales intermediary want to inform you that event Smart cities, which was supposed to take place on 17.2.2021 at 9:30 h. in U Vás doma Online, is CHANGED! Event will take place on different date: 19.2.2021 at 9:30 h. in unchanged location.
Purchased tickets remain valid.
Clients who are not satisfied with the change might return tickets only to point of sale where they purchased them until 18.2.2021!
ATTENTION: Tickets bought in Avion Shopping Park in Bratislava, in Bory mall in Bratislava, in Aupark Bratislava or in OC MAX Prešov or on another cancelled point of sale of Ticketportal network, might be returned by sending to the address: Ticketportal SK, s.r.o., P.O.BOX 5, 810 08 Bratislava until 18.2.2021.
Tickets paid at point of sale by Benefit voucher must be send to the address: Ticketportal SK, s.r.o., P.O.BOX 5, 810 08 Bratislava until 18.2.2021.
In case client bought his ticket through the internet he can ask for refund until 18.2.2021 through following method:
► if the payment was transfered via CARDPAY (card payment) - write an email claim to: reklamacie@ticketportal.sk. It is necessary to attach your tickets to the request in PDF form. In case your tickets were delivered via courier service, it is necessary to send them back to the address: Ticketportal SK s.r.o., P.O.BOX 5, 810 08 Bratislava until 18.2.2021. Payment will be refunded to the same card, which was used to for the purchase.
► if the payment was transfered via internet banking - write an email claim to: reklamacie@ticketportal.sk. It is necessary to attach your tickets to the request in PDF form. In case your tickets were delivered via courier service, it is necessary to send them back to the address: Ticketportal SK s.r.o., P.O.BOX 5, 810 08 Bratislava until 18.2.2021. It is also necessary to send us detail of payment in which there are clearly stated the sum, date of payment, bank account number and both sender and recipient of this transfer. Payment will be refunded to the same bank account which was used to pay for purchase.
► if the payment was transfered via Benefit voucher - write an email claim to: reklamacie@ticketportal.sk. It is necessary to attach your tickets to the request in PDF form. In case, that you paid difference between ticket price and value of benefit voucher via card payment or internet banking, is necessary to send us your bank account number. In case your tickets were delivered via courier service, it is necessary to send them back to the address: Ticketportal SK s.r.o., P.O.BOX 5, 810 08 Bratislava until 18.2.2021. After processing the claim request, company Benefit Plus will credit the client with points on his Benefit Plus account.
► if the payment was transfered via Ticketportal Gift voucher - write an email claim to: reklamacie@ticketportal.sk. It is necessary to attach your tickets to the request in PDF form and your bank account number. In case your tickets were delivered via courier service, it is necessary to send them back to the address: Ticketportal SK s.r.o., P.O.BOX 5, 810 08 Bratislava until 18.2.2021. Payment will be refunded to the client’s bank account.
