If you are logged on, you can find event with

according to category place or places from auditorium.
3rd Step: Select tickets
a) In case of the event, that is sold on the
specific seat (for example theatre performance) it will be displayed the
auditorium, in which you can choose and mark the seats you are interested in. In
left part of website are displayed available places to RESERVATION and it is
colored distinguished from unavailable. You choose the seat by clicking on it.
At the same time the title and the seats are displayed in middle upwards. After
clicking the color of the vacant seat is changed to the red one. Then you click
on the button “INTO BASKET”. From that time the seats are ready for the
reservation.
b) in case of concerts, where is sitting or standing available,
enter only number of the tickets and confirm, it means click on button ,,INTO
BASKET". From that time the seats are ready for the reservation.
4th Step: There is necessary to have installed plug-in Flash from Macromedia Company for displaying vacant seats for some auditoriums. In case you don’t have it, before displaying auditorium that requires it, you’ll be prompted for permission to download and install plug-in Flash into your Internet browser. In case that the auditorium is not displayed and you are not asked for downloading Flash, contact your administrator – most probably you have forbidden downloading any plug-in to Internet browser.
5th Step: Now, seats which you selected and prepared to reservation (alternatively only number of seats), price for 1 ticket and total sum will display to you. Before booking you have to click on ,,I agree with the business conditions". Reservation will be continuing by click on BOOK /order with obligation to pay/.
6th Step: In the basket will show TYPE OF TAKING OVER BOOKINGS and date
of maturity for reservation.
a) Cash - reservation of tickets will be paid by
cash and picked up personally at Ticketportal selling outlets.
b) Cash on
delivery.
7th Step: Continue to click on CONFIRM, where is summary of all criteria and total sum which has been choose by you.
8th Step: Confirm your reservation once more on the button BOOK /order with obligation to pay/. By this step your reservation is finished.
9th Step: Now your tickets are reserved and the number or the reservation, it’s validity and the list of the box offices TICKETPORTAL were displayed to you. Without the ticket’s number allocation the reservation is not finished and is not valid.
10th Step:You will receive per E-mail the information about your reservation number with a list of box offices TICKETPORTAL where you can pay and pick up your tickets. Before you go to pick up tickets you can check possibility to picking up tickets on your choosing selling point by VERIFY , their opening hours or services which providing.
11th Step: If you want, you can continue with paying tickets over click on PAY.
