1st Step: You find the list of your reservations after log on and clicking on the link MY ACCOUNT in the left column upwards in the part ,,My Transaction".
Step 1.1: Reservations are divorced by locality where has been created.
Step 1.2: Here you have the possibilities to pay your reservations that have not picked up and have not paid yet. You can identify then by mark “Cardpay - Hometicket - Not paid”. When you click on the number of reservation or ,,Details" you choose the detail of reservation. In the case of that you want to pay the reservation you have to click on PAYMENT.
Step 1.3: Mark the way which you want pick up the tickets (personally, by mail, by mail abroad, Hometicket). Click on PAY.
Step 1.4: You will be redirect to the page of the bank, where you fill in all necessary data for the payment from your account (number of your card, month and year of the validity, CV number ...).
Step 1.5: After successful payment (Your transaction was successfully executed! Please, press "PROCEED" to terminate service correctly) is necessary go back on pages www.ticketportal.sk by clicking on "PROCEED".
Step 1.6: After coming back to our
pages variable symbol will be generated for you.
a) in case you have chosen
the option Hometicket you have to print tickets clicked on PRINT TICKETS (laser
printer, borderless printer).
b) in case you have chosen the option to sent
the tickets by mail/by mail abroad - tickets will be send in nearest work days
and you will not need Variable symbol.
c) in case you have chosen the option
to takeover personally it will be required to set VERIFICATION CODE. With this
information (VS, verification code) you can pick up the tickets in the box
office TICKETPORTAL and because of this is necessary to remember them or write
down them.
Step 1.7: You will receive per E-mail the information about payment of tickets with a list of box offices TICKETPORTAL where you can pick up your tickets. Before you pick up tickets you can check if your choice of selling point can give you tickets. In this list of selling points you can see opening hours or if they provide services which you need.
2nd Step: Here you have the possibilities to cancel your reservations that have not picked up and have not paid yet. You can identify then by mark “Not paid”. You can ask for cancellation on the e-mail help@ticketportal.sk and without any charges you reservation will be canceled.
