Technical conditions

These technical conditions are an integral part of the General terms and conditions of providing advertising services by company Ticketportal Ltd.

 
    • Ad size must meet the position for which it is intended
      • It can not exceed the allowed size limit for a given format
        • It can not excessively stress the computer processor
          • It can not be misleading in terms of mimicking the graphical interface of any operating system, web browser or their parts
            • It can not reproduce Ticketportal brand or its services
              • It can not blink aggressively
                • It can not be vulgar, unethical and in contrary with moral manners
                  • Banners are accepted only in graphic format (*.gif, *.jpg, *.png) or as a flash animations (*.swf)
                    • Flash formats must be in version 8 and below
                      • Flash formats clickthroughs must be defined using the following ActionScript: on (release) { getURL(_root.clickTAG, _root.target); }
                        • Non-standard formats have to include clearly visible closing feature 'cross' or the text equivalent of "close" on each slide animation, enabling close or minimize the banner area outside the page content
                          • If a part of the ad overlapping the content of the page is a transparent area, this ad can not contain any clickthroughs
                            • Non-standard formats are provided with operating JavaScript codes already tuned for the page where it is intended to use. If this format isn’t correctly usable for a certain type of browser (Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and others), for example if the closing feature doesn’t work properly, it won’t appear in it at all
                              • Non-standard formats are delivered in sufficient time advance, at least 4 working days before the campaign.
                                • Video and ad formats with sound have to include standard controls PLAY, STOP, PAUSE, which are visible throughout the play and every frame of the animation. If the banner has an audio track, it has to include the standard control to turn the sound on and off and also for controlling the volume of the sound. Play is activated after interaction of the user clicking the control (PLAY), not automatically after loading the page where the video or audio format is
                                  • Using external codes for displaying advertisements shall not be permitted for reasons of safety and functionality. It is accepted only to use external codes for measuring the number of views and the number of clickthroughs in another system (measuring point and URL)
