CHANGED - Jánske dni Turzovka - 19.6.2021 at 17:00 h.

On behalf of the event organizer, we as a sales intermediary want to inform you that event Jánske dni Turzovka, which was supposed to take place on 19.6.2021 at 17:00 h. in Areály športu a oddychu v Turzovke, is CHANGED! Event will take place on different date: 25.6.2022 at 17:00 h. in unchanged location.

Purchased tickets remain valid.

Clients who are not satisfied with the change might return tickets only to point of sale where they purchased them until 28.6.2021!

ATTENTION: Tickets bought in Avion Shopping Park in Bratislava, in Bory mall in Bratislava, in Aupark Bratislava or in OC MAX Prešov or on another cancelled point of sale of Ticketportal network, might be returned by sending to the address: Ticketportal SK, s.r.o., Kalinčiakova 33, 831 04 Bratislava until 28.6.2021.

Tickets paid at point of sale by Benefit voucher must be send to the address: Ticketportal SK, s.r.o., Kalinčiakova 33, 831 04 Bratislava until 28.6.2021.
In case client bought his ticket through the internet he can ask for refund until 28.6.2021 through following method:
► if the payment was transfered via CARDPAY (card payment) - write an email claim to: reklamacie@ticketportal.sk. It is necessary to attach your tickets to the request in PDF form. In case your tickets were delivered via courier service, it is necessary to send them back to the address: Ticketportal SK s.r.o., Kalinčiakova 33, 831 04 Bratislava until 28.6.2021. Payment will be refunded to the same card, which was used to for the purchase.
► if the payment was transfered via internet banking - write an email claim to: reklamacie@ticketportal.sk. It is necessary to attach your tickets to the request in PDF form. In case your tickets were delivered via courier service, it is necessary to send them back to the address: Ticketportal SK s.r.o., Kalinčiakova 33, 831 04 Bratislava until 28.6.2021. It is also necessary to send us detail of payment in which there are clearly stated the sum, date of payment, bank account number and both sender and recipient of this transfer. Payment will be refunded to the same bank account which was used to pay for purchase.
► if the payment was transfered via Benefit voucher - write an email claim to: reklamacie@ticketportal.sk. It is necessary to attach your tickets to the request in PDF form. In case, that you paid difference between ticket price and value of benefit voucher via card payment or internet banking, is necessary to send us your bank account number. In case your tickets were delivered via courier service, it is necessary to send them back to the address: Ticketportal SK s.r.o., Kalinčiakova 33, 831 04 Bratislava until 28.6.2021. After processing the claim request, company Benefit Plus will credit the client with points on his Benefit Plus account.
► if the payment was transfered via Ticketportal Gift voucher - write an email claim to: reklamacie@ticketportal.sk. It is necessary to attach your tickets to the request in PDF form and your bank account number. In case your tickets were delivered via courier service, it is necessary to send them back to the address: Ticketportal SK s.r.o., Kalinčiakova 33, 831 04 Bratislava until 28.6.2021. Payment will be refunded to the client’s bank account.

Predstavenie Jánske dni Turzovka 2020, ktoré sa malo konať dňa 19.6.2020 o 17:00 hod. v Areál športu a oddychu v Turzovke,, je ZMENENÉ! Predstavenie sa uskutoční v novom termíne: 19.6.2021 o 17:00 hod. v pôvodnom mieste konania.

Zakúpené vstupenky zostávajú v platnosti.

Klienti, ktorým zmena nevyhovuje, môžu vrátiť vstupenky výhradne na tom predajnom mieste, kde si ich zakúpili najneskôr do 24.4.2020!
POZOR: Klienti, ktorí si vstupenky zakúpili na predajnom mieste Avion Shopping Park v Bratislave, Bory Mall v Bratislave alebo v OC MAX Prešov, ich môžu vrátiť výhradne na centrálu spoločnosti, a to buď osobne na adrese Karadžičova 14, Bratislava, alebo poštou na adresu: Ticketportal SK, s. r. o. , P. O. Box 5, 810 08 Bratislava.

Vstupenky uhradené na predajnom mieste Benefitovou poukážkou je nutné najneskôr do 24.4.2020 doručiť v pracovných dňoch v čase od 9:00 do 17:00 hod. na pobočke Ticketportal Central, Metodova 6, Bratislava.
V prípade, ak si klient zakúpil vstupenky prostredníctvom internetu, môže požiadať o vrátenie peňazí najneskôr do 24.4.2020 nasledujúcim spôsobom:
► pri platbe formou CARDPAY (platba kartou) - mailom na reklamacie@ticketportal.sk. K žiadosti o vrátenie je potrebné doložiť vstupenky, najlepšie vo formáte PDF. Pokiaľ boli vstupenky zaslané kuriérom je nutné ich doručiť na adresu Ticketportal SK s.r.o., Kalinčiakova 33, 831 04 Bratislava. Platba bude vrátená priamo na kartu, z ktorej bola hradená.
► pri platbe formou internet banking (napr.: SporoPay, ČSOBpay, TatraPay, ePlatby VÚB, ...) - mailom na reklamacie@ticketportal.sk. K žiadosti o vrátenie je potrebné doložiť vstupenky, najlepšie vo formáte PDF. Pokiaľ boli vstupenky zaslané kuriérom je nutné ich doručiť na adresu Ticketportal SK s.r.o., Kalinčiakova 33, 831 04 Bratislava. Zároveň prosíme aj o doloženie detailu transakcie, v ktorom je zreteľne uvedená suma, dátum, číslo účtu platcu a prijímateľa finančných prostriedkov. Platba bude prevedená v prospech účtu, z ktorého bola hradená.
► pri platbe Benefitovou poukážkou - mailom na reklamacie@ticketportal.sk. K žiadosti o vrátenie je potrebné doložiť vstupenky, najlepšie vo formáte PDF. V prípade úhrady doplatku je potrebné uviesť aj číslo účtu klienta. Pokiaľ boli vstupenky zaslané kuriérom je nutné ich doručiť na adresu Ticketportal SK s.r.o., Kalinčiakova 33, 831 04 Bratislava. Po vybavení žiadosti spoločnosť Benefit plus klientovi pripíše body na jeho konto.
► pri platbe Darčekovou poukážkou Ticketportal - mailom na reklamacie@ticketportal.sk. K žiadosti o vrátenie je potrebné doložiť vstupenky, najlepšie vo formáte PDF, a číslo účtu klienta, kam bude vrátená suma za Darčekovú poukážku Ticketportal. Pokiaľ boli vstupenky zaslané kuriérom je nutné ich doručiť na adresu Ticketportal SK s.r.o., Kalinčiakova 33, 831 04 Bratislava.
