Hudobný riaditeľ Metropolitnej opery James Levine diriguje Verdiho ranú drámu z obdobia starovekého Babylonu Nabucco, v titulnej role sa predstaví Plácido Domingo, ktorý si rozšíril touto úlohou repertoár. Liudmyla Monastyrska spieva náročnú rolu AbigailNabuccovej zákernej domnelej dcéry. Ďalej vystúpi Jamie Barton ako Fenena, Russell Thomas ako Ismael a Dmitri Belosselskiy ako prorok Zachariáš, touto úlohou debutoval v Metropolitnej opere v roku 2011.
