Selling outlets are separate legal entities that are in contractual relationship with Ticketportal SK, s.r.o. and their founder isn't Ticketportal SK, s.r.o. itself.
Ticketportal provides Customers with a Ticket archiving service, which ensures that the Ticket purchased and paid for by the Customer is permanently stored in the System and will be accessible to the Customer who proves their identity and ownership of the Ticket to Ticketportal. Under the applicable Terms and Conditions, the customer is not entitled to reimbursement of other expenses related to the Event, including a limited, changed, or canceled Event (in particular travel expenses, accommodation and meal expenses, etc.).
